Abstract

The number of e-learning courses offered has risen sharply in recent years. Heightened competition in this sector has lead to an improvement in the design and the quality of these courses.

The following article outlines a model for the organization and management of multidisciplinary teams devoted to the development of multimedia educational content. The aim of the article is to lay down for the designers of e-learning content a series of guidelines for production that facilitate their job and help them draw up the most suitable educational content from the point of view of communication and usability.

The proposed model is based on the premise that designing a training course using digital media requires the participation of a wide variety of people. This article describes the role and profile of each professional involved in the production process, as well as the different stages in which each one participates in the project.
