2. Target Group.

It seems clear that content creation and management should focus on the user experience, that is to say, they should meet the user’s needs, searching criteria and use in general. More and more content producers are becoming interested in digital contents, both content suppliers and users who reuse them and give them added value. International surveys show the importance of “tailor-made contents” in contrast with “canned contents”. “Canned contents” seldom meet the user’s specific needs, since they do not have into account cultural and methodological diversity.
